Lunchtime Halo Highlights: 2007-11-26

We found ourselves with 3 players and 2 Xboxes, so we decided to do a little co-op.

Xor1an played as the Master Chief, Zolimox played as the Arbiter (he loves the Carbine anyway), and Doobie played as the Blue Elite.

I think we played on Normal (in deference to Doobie who hadn't played the Halo 3 campaign at all). I'm certain we had the "Grun Birthday Party" skull turned on, and I think we also may have had the "Catch" skull turned on. I decided to just do screenshots this time, as the lack of film clips and rewind in campaign saved films makes capturing video annoying.

Game 1: Sierra 117

	"Did you see the way I just stuck that grunt? He never knew what hit him! Wait, what's that?" Zolimox sticks a grunt and then very nearly gets stuck himself.
	"Ha ha, missed me!" Zolimox dodges a plasma grenade.
	Our posse (three players plus one marine) heads into the sniper-filled jungle.
	"Not so tough up close, eh?" Xor1an beats down a sniper jackal.
	That sniper Jackal has some good cover. I wish I could sight straight through that much foliage.
	Look before you leap Xor1an (as the Chief) jumps down right into the middle of a group of enemies.
	"Ah! My thorax!" Doobie gets sniped.
	Headache A different sniper Jackal gets Xor1an through the head.
	A taste of your own medicine Xor1an uses the gravity hammer from a fallen brute chieftan on another brute.

Game 2: Crow's Nest

	Zolimox gets caught in the explosion of a spike grenade that was stuck to the floor in front of him.
	Doobie gets some attention from the brute chieftan and his gravity hammer.
	Retributive spike With a spike grenade stuck to his arm, Zolimox prepres to throw a spike grenade back at his attackers. (There's another spike grenade stuck to the floor behind him, evidence of the effect of the Catch skull.)
	Teamwork Left to right: Zolimox, Xor1an, and Doobie, working together to fight a brute.
	Zolimox and Xor1an, each with a plasma cannon, work together to take down a brute.
	Zolimox and Xor1an, each with a plasma cannon, work together against the brute chieftan who has a fuel rod gun.
	Doobie shoots a plasma grenade out of the air, saving himself from being stuck. (This is something you could easily miss withouth saved films; I don't think anybody noticed that this happened while we were playing.)
